A la carte Services:

1 Hour Consultation

What it includes:

During our consultation, we will go over your health and diet history, review goals you wish to reach, and take a look at what an average day looks like for you, including physical and emotional stressors, meals and exercise. You will receive access to recipes, dining out tips and information on establishing food freedom. 1 hour in-person consult or call if preferred.

Maintenance Session:

This is for clients who need some encouragement in meeting their goals or maintaining their goals. This could be due to vacation, holidays or a busy lifestyle. We can re-visit your original goals and help you tweak your meals and overcome any barriers keeping you from meeting those goals. 30 minute call.

Personal Training:

I would love to help you get your body moving! The magic happens with a well balanced diet and movement of your body! God has created our bodies to move and I want to help you feel your best by helping you set goals on exercise and feel confident as you either begin working out for the first time or want to take your fitness to the next level. I can work with you in your home, you can come to me, or I can work with you at the YMCA.

 

Month to Month Coaching

Need extra support? My goal is to help you feel confident as you prepare your favorite meals, navigate the grocery store with ease, and equip you on how to nourish and fuel your body with foods that will make you feel your very best. If you are ready to say “goodbye” to diet culture and be at peace with your body and with food, this is a great place to start.

What it includes:

Free 30-minute consult to see if this program is right for you

60-minute initial interview and health assessment

30 days of accountability through weekly check-in calls, text messages as needed and an additional 60 minute consult each month.

Recommendations tailored to specific needs that will set you up for success

Tips and tricks for navigating throughout the grocery store and creating your grocery lists, along with one grocery store tour of your choice if local.
