Can you meet virtually and work with people in other states?

Yes! I am happy to work with people all over the United States.

I can meet with clients and potential clients through the video conferencing software, Zoom.

Each virtual meeting is protected by a complex, unique password and we adhere to the strict security guidelines necessary to protect your privacy.

What certifications do you hold?

I have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, fitness instructor certifications, REFIT® and REV+FLOW®, and a Holistic Nutrition Certification from the American Fitness Professionals and Associates. With this said, I do not have a medical degree and cannot diagnose or treat any illness, or prescribe medication. I always encourage my clients to discuss any new fitness program or diet changes with their physician before beginning my program.

Do you provide meal plans?

I certainly can! Once we meet, I will go over your goals and see how I can create the perfect plan that will work for you and tailor it to your specific needs.
